I am writing because I want you to know what an exceptional employee you have in Mary Medicus Cambra. It is never a pleasure to need to get your car repaired after an accident. My car was damaged after a parking attendant backed into something. The owner of the lot never returned my calls and was slow to approve the repair. Mary was so pleasant to talk wtih and expedited the repair and even coordinated the rental car.
